It;s Psyche................again.

Well......it's about time" I said to myself as I opened my e-mail account this morning to find a message that read "Anonymous had left you a comment on Blogger". Feeling very smug & self-patronizing I typed Blogger into my search engine, patted myself on the back & clicked the link. "Somebody actually reads this blog?" I thought to myself as I read the message left. It was on an entry (a quick entry I will add) on The Rhino 4 CD box set "Real Life Permanent Dream". This is what was left............

As I stared at the message left 2 thoughts passed through my grey matter..........

1) So much for constructive critisism.

2) (Vikings chanting SPAM, SPAM, SPAM, SPAM....... over & over over again.)

Then ......... after staring at it for about 30 seconds I was able to understand what was written.
itspsycheforum = It's Psyche Forum. It was a link to a psychedelic forum. & oh what a forum it is..........

.......from 60's U.K. Psyche to Home Made compilations this site really does have a lot to offer.
It looks like that you can DL discs from postings there that link to such sights as Rapidshare, Megaupload, Depositfiles & Mediafire. They also link to blogs & other sources of downloadability. Or you can post questions & get intelligent & friendly responses. Thay also cover some Krautrock & Progressive music which is nice to see others such as myself who are of the opinion that Krautrock & Progressive are merely extentions of Psychedelic Music. (As the drugs change.......... the music changed.) Just browsing their site I was able to suss out what ever happened to the folks who put out the Prae-Kraut Pandemonium collections & the Kraut Demons Kraut! discs. (Which has the Inner Space tracks that a Pre-Can put out.)

Very cool stuff....... very cool site.

After going through the site & seeing just ow bloody cool a Psychedelic community could be I came to a very ugy truth. A bitter realization set over me like a velvet fogg (get it?) that made me loathe my ignorance for a breif moment. That link wasn't put there for me to find their site & to loose myself in all the fruits they offered.......that link was for me to post the box set on their site so they could selfishly DL it. As my shoulders shrugged & my heart sank at the realization that no one had actually read my blog I said to myself "Well......... screw them! Let them get their own promo connections & then they can rip & convert & post on their bloody own site or wherethefuckever they bloody want to!" "Damned be to all who don't reconize the might & glory & superior intellect that I possess when it comes to music!!!!" (Snicker.........)
